Faust Checho is a working actor and filmmaker, frequently seen on the stage and screen. He began producing feature films in 2009 with the award-winning psychological thriller, THE FIELDS.  Faust oversaw all aspects of production and starred in the film with Academy-Award Winner Cloris Leachman. Faust’s second feature, PROXY , critically acclaimed (“A Hitchcockian Mindf**k of a movie.”-SF Bay Guardian), was directed by Zack Parker, and world premiered at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival {TIFF}. PROXY was acquired for distribution by IFC Midnight and went on to garner a multitude of accolades and awards. The indie crime-thriller, DEAD DRAW is Faust’s 3rd feature film, which he produced and starred in with Gil Bellows & Michael Eklund. Dead Draw can be seen on Showtime Television Network, and has just become widely available at Redbox. Between Waves will world premiere in March at GIFF (Gasparilla International Film Festival) and has already received several distribution offers.   

Recent small screen credits include Homeland, Royal Pains, and Those Who Kill. Faust was most recently on stage at the Roy Arias Theatre playing ‘Henry Harry’ in the play, Brilliant Traces by Cindy Lou Johnson." (Click for review)
